Name of Business
Antioch University Santa Barbara – A computer application certification program. The certification owner would be known as an Antioch Computer Application Specialist (ACAS).

External Mission Statement
To lower training costs and increase the profitability of local employers by graduating computer proficient students.

Internal Mission Statement
To provide Antioch graduates the ability to enter management and high paying positions that demand computer competence.

Target Markets
Internal Market – There is an internal market at Antioch that I must get buy-in from before I look at the external. These stakeholders include Antioch Students, Antioch Faculty, Antioch Santa Barbara Administration, The Accrediting Agency, and the other Antioch Campuses.

External Market – The external market consists of local businesses, adults considering continuing or finishing their education, current and future employers, computer retailers and application designers, and local communities.
